to the Homepage for ASHRAE Technical Committee 5.6. If you
would like to become involved with the committee, please attend one of
our meetings that take place during the ASHRAE Winter and Annual
meetings, or contact the Chair of the Committee. New members are always
welcome!
Guideline 1.5 is now closed for public
comment. The comment closing
date was Nov 28. GPC1.5 will address the comments at the winter ASHRAE meeting in Chicago.
SCOPE
TC 5.6 is concerned with the design and application of systems and
components for the protection of life and property from fire and smoke
in buildings.
